Photo2Vector is a free online tool that converts photos into vector graphics (SVG files) using AI processing. The Service includes image upload, AI-powered conversion, browser-based editing, and file download.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Only upload images you own or have permission to use
  • Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not upload images containing illegal content
  • Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download from the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload and the vector files generated from them. Photo2Vector does not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your uploaded images for AI training or any purpose other than providing the conversion service.

5. Image Processing and Storage

Uploaded images are processed on our servers and temporarily stored to enable the conversion workflow. Files are automatically deleted after your session ends. We do not permanently store your images or share them with third parties.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or the quality of conversion results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Photo2Vector and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage resulting from reliance on conversion output.

8. Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or usage limits in the future with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
